Please order at least 3–5 days in advance to allow time for baking and dispatch. For large orders or event orders, give us more notice so we can make sure everything is perfect.
Your cookies are heat-sealed for maximum freshness and are best enjoyed on the day they arrive. If you can't finish them all at once — unfilled cookies keep well for 3–5 days in an airtight container at room temperature. Filled cookies (like our Biscoff stuffed or cream cheese varieties) are best eaten within 1–2 days.
